神戸市出身、在住。
７才からハモンドオルガンを始め、音程、リズム感を身につける。某企業主催イベントパーティで依頼を受け、1000人の前で過去２回ステージを経験。”My Heart Will Go On”、”I Will Always Love You”を熱唱。その頃に人前で歌うことの面白さを再確認し、2007年より本格的にジャズシンガーになる。
2007年6月にはNHKテレビに生出演。ミニコンサートを経験する。２００８年神戸ジャズ・ヴォーカル・クィーン・コンテストに初応募で『富士通テン賞』を受賞、２００９年には『準グランプリ』を受賞。
ボーカリスト小林エミ氏に師事。現在は神戸のSONEにレギュラー出演し、活動の場を全国へと拡大中。夢は国際舞台で活躍するシンガー。

Rie Takahashi
Born and raised in Kobe, Japan and currently resides there.
Rie started on a Hammond organ at the age of 7 and developed music sensibility and rhythm. At a corporate event, she performed, “My Heart Will Go On” and “I Will Always Love You” twice before 1,000 people and became hooked on live performances.
She made her professional jazz vocalist debut in 2007 and performed live on NHK television in June. She got “Fujitsuten Award” on the Kobe Jazz Vocal Queen Contest in 2008 and she was the runner-up in 2009. Rie is a regular live performer at the SONE jazz club in Kobe.
She studies under the vocalist Emi Kobayashi.
Rie hopes to perform internationally in the near future.
