It’s Marlena Shaw!
I went to see Ms. Marlena Shaw’s show at Mr.Kelly’s in Osaka last night.
I only have heard her big hit album ” Who is This Bitch, Anyway?” which is more soul and pops
not so much Jazz. But she is much greater live. She is a very jazzy singer!
Anyway, she is FUNKY. I love her!
She can make the audience and even her band laugh
and happy during her stage.
Totally, great entertainer who I try to be.
After the show, I talked with her and pianist Bill and drummer Gerryck.
That was fun.
Definitly, I will go to her show in Japan next year.

昨日はMr.Kelly’sでのマリーナ・ショーのショーを見に行ってきました。
これまで彼女のビッグヒットアルバム「Who is This Bitch, Anyway?」しか聴いたことなくて、
どちらかと言えばソウル、ポップスよりであまりジャズではないアルバム。
でも実際の昨夜のライブではCD以上に素晴らしく、とってもJazz singerだったのだ♪
とにかく、彼女はファンキー！めちゃ大好きになりました。
ステージの間ずっと、オーディエンスやバンドメンバーすら笑わせて楽しいステージ。
完全に、とびっきりのエンターテイナーです（私が目指すところの）！
ステージが終わって、マリーナやピアノのビル、ドラマーのゲリックとお話できて楽しかったな♪
（ここでもやはり英語は必須だとつくづく再確認）
絶対に来年のショーも見に行くつもり。
楽しみに待ってるよ、マリーナ姐さん！
